Then you’re off.

Everything to know before collecting your vehicle.

Everything to know before collecting your vehicle.
  1. Step 1

    Step 1: Before you arrive

Please bring these with you when you collect your vehicle.

    • Driving licence Don’t laugh, people have forgotten it before!
    • DVLA share code Or your driver’s NI number. You can create a code on the DVLA website.
    • Proof of address A bank statement, official letter or utility bill. A copy on your phone is fine.
    • Payment card We can’t accept cash for rental bookings.
  2. Step 2

Step 2: A friendly hello at the office

We’ll run through your hire agreement with you: the excess, who’s allowed to drive, and any claims or convictions to declare. Not comfortable with the excess? Just ask about our great value damage waivers.

Help yourself to a sweet while we get you ready.

  3. Step 3

Step 3: Get to know your vehicle

We’ll walk round the vehicle with you, point out any existing marks and explain any controls you’re unsure of. We’ll also show you where to leave the keys if the office is closed when you return. You’ll get an emailed copy of the inspection report straight away.

  4. Step 4

Step 4: Bring it back, happily

It’s full to full: you collect with a full tank and bring it back full, so you only pay for the fuel you use. Any questions at all, we’re here to help.

Off you go!
